Jérôme Rateau trained as an oenologist in Bordeaux, before moving to Faugères in 2007. He now grows vines over 12 hectares of the estate comprised of Mourvèdre, Carrignan, Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache. His work in the vineyard follows the principles of sustainable agriculture with fully manual harvesting and fruitful processing. The wine is full bodied and juicy, perfect for barbecues and red meats.
