Father and Son team Didier and Arnaud make wine from their 10 hectares of beautiful vineyards around Les Riceys in Southern Aube. Made from Pinot Noir with a little Chardonnay thrown in, this is a champagne that is dry, well balanced and mineral rich. A great example of why we’re obsessed with grower Champagnes. A great way to kick off celebrations or washed down with high quality Thai or Indian food.
