"Elegant and savoury Vin Jaune that really sings with rich seafood"
The region of Jura in eastern France is fast becoming one of the country’s most exciting winemaking areas. It’s here in the commune of Grozon that Domaine Désiré Petit was established in 1932 by Désiré Petit, who planted just under 1.5 hectares on the Côte de Feule. This is an outstanding example of the local Vin Jaune made from the Savagnin grape, which is superb with Coquille St Jacques and other rich seafood dishes, fish terrines or asparagus in hollandaise sauce.
